Refund policy

Stefania Rose is happy to replace any product(s) that are faulty/damaged on arrival or if you have received an incorrect item, Stefania Rose will cover the cost of return shipping.

If you have purchased the incorrect product or would like to exchange an unopened product, you will be required to cover the cost of the return shipping.

Please contact our customer care team to commence a return process at: admin@stefaniarose.com.au. We will require your order number and photographic proof for us to process your refund and provide a return’s label.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you will need to return the product within 3 months from the date when the product was shipped. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, unused and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and if approved, we will process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you had used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

In order to be eligible for a replacement, you will need to return the product within 3 months from the date when the product was shipped. The product must be undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and if approved, we will provide a replacement of the same product. No exchanges can be made.

Please note, our warranty period is for 3 months, from the date when the product was shipped to you, to the date you have contacted our customer service team. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 3 months from the day your order was shipped, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Clothing: please note, any clothing products sold by Stefania Rose, general wear and tear is not covered under our 3 month warranty period or return/refund policy.
