Q. When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to have all orders shipped the next day when your order is placed Monday - Friday. Please note that during sale times, our dispatch time will extend to 1-2 days.
Q: How do I track my order?
Your tracking number will be sent to your email once it has been shipped. If you do not receive this number, please contact our customer care team at admin@stefaniarose.com.au. Be sure to check your spam folder too!
Q: How much is delivery?
Domestic Australian: Standard shipping is a flat rate of $12.
New Zealand: Standard international shipping is a flat rate of $15.50.
International: Standard international shipping is a flat rate of $25.
Q: Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, we do! International shipping rates above.
Q: How long will my order take to get to me?
Australian Domestic Shipping:
Standard Shipping: 3-21 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping:
Australia Post: Please note that Australia Post is currently experiencing some delivery delays due to Covid-19. Please visit the Australia Post website for the most up to date transit times to each country.
Q: Do I have to pay custom charges?
We do our best to make sure there are no charges but yes, you will be responsible for any customs or import charges. Please contact your local customs department for further details on charges.
Q: What if I put in my address wrong?
Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong address. If your purchase is returned to us and we are not at fault, you will be required to pay for the further shipping fee.
